Meet The Organizers

Hi I’m Daria…

About 10 years ago, I began my yoga journey and started exploring different tools for self-evolution — a path I continue to walk every day. From Ashtanga yoga to Kriya yoga, I have studied various traditions, and what I’ve discovered is that conscious movement and alignment are far more than physical exercise — they are powerful practices for training the mind and cultivating presence.

For the past 5 years, I’ve been teaching in Bali and Dubai, as well as participating in yoga festivals.

My classes are an invitation to explore something new while staying rooted in the fundamentals of yoga — beginning from the ground up and building a strong foundation.

Breath, mindful movement, and focused attention are at the heart of my teaching. I believe these are the keys to feeling your best, both on and off the mat — and to becoming a force for inner transformation.

And I’m Christopher…

I’ve been immersed in the health & wellness space for six years as an organizer and creative director. My approach to facilitation is largely shaped by the education I received in meditation and breathwork from David Hans-Barker and Brian Kelly, the founders of One Million Meditators and 9D Breathwork. Over the years, I’ve facilitated men’s circles and organized large-scale events, including the Light of Peace mass meditation at the iconic Istana in Uluwatu, which brought together people from across the globe in collective practice.

My background in storytelling and filmmaking deeply influences the way I design workshops and retreats. Our inner narratives are among the most powerful forces shaping our lives. Profound transformation becomes possible when we learn to work with them mindfully. Every experience I lead is designed to help participants engage with their personal stories in a conscious way, allowing them to reframe and expand what’s possible. I strive to create experiences both grounding and life-changing by blending mindful practices with the art of narrative.

How to Join Us

1. RESERVE

Reserve your spot to join the retreat. After doing this, a member of our team will reach out to you and stay in communication with important details leading up to the retreat dates. These details include the retreat location and our recommended pre-retreat protocol.

2. FLIGHTS

Book your flights to and from Bali. Once you do this, you can share your flight details with us, and we will track your flight with our records. We will also provide you with detailed instructions on how to travel to the retreat location. Be sure to book flights both in and out of the country, as you will be required to show your airline and Indonesia customs that you have a confirmed flight out of the country within 30 days of entering.
